Sipahi possesses great size for PG at 6-6. With his length is really athletic and explosive, however lacks quick first step. Really fast with ball in hands and under control in transition. Still growing up. Needs to add some strength to upper body, but it will come with maturity. With his size, length, quickness and athleticism is very difficult to defend for other point guards at youth level.

Shows good form, rhythm and technique on his jump shoot. Excellent footwork makes him able to pull up immediately and knock down shoot coming off the ball screen or when defender goes under the screen. His shooting touch is smooth, while Sipahi presents nice footwork and follow through going up to the shoot. Reliable at free throw line. Needs to work on become stable on contact. Even if he release with high arc, his release is quite slow, what makes his shoots not too difficult to be contested. Deep range, including NBA 3-point line.

Plays point guard position well with court balance. Avoids costly turnovers as well as pointless dribbles. Knows how to open passing lines. Creates well for his teammates, however attacks defense when given the opportunity. Keeps passing accurate as simple as possible. Shows high basketball IQ and nice court vision. Possesses polished ball handling with either right and left hand, displays ability to get low on dribble, what makes him difficult to cover in halfcourt. Sipahi controls the tempo well, pushes the transition offense easily, but knows when to stop fast-break. Turk deals aggressively, but wisely with full-court press with bounce passes to open teammates, finding well weak side. Needs to polish his touch inside the paint, while Sipahi decides often for tear-drop or floater, using his length to finish over higher opponents.

With his size Sipahi has potential to become great rebounding guard. Thanks to strong legs, athletic build and quickness Turk pressures ball well in full-court. His good lateral speed allows him to stay in front of guards, however needs to develop this aspect with a view to cover more athletic and smaller guards at senior level. Really active on passing lines, always cuts his opponent.

Shows amazing leadership ability with vocal and body language. Very coachable, extension of the coach on the floor. Communicate with teammates on and off the court. Knows the game situation well - reads game, knows score, clock and when to foul or not.

Sipahi has potential to play at the highest possible level. Really difficult to defend with his 6-6 size, length and athleticism. Possesses plenty of room to improve his frame, especially upper-body, what will come with hard work in the weight room. To complete package as PG needs to continue working on his 1-on-1 ball game and expand touch inside the paint.
