France is still fighting for the Eurobasket qualification. The best teams in Europe will play this summer in Poland, but the "Bleus" must go trough a Preliminary Round. Vincent Collet, the french coach, has made a 29 players list, with the NBAs Tony Parker, Alexis Ajinca, Johan Petro, Mickäel Pietrus, Ronny Turiaf, Joakim Noah, Yakhouba Diawara, Ian Mahinmi, Nicolas Batum and Boris Diaw.

But there is also a group of prospects who can make the final team. The next generation are Nando de Colo (6'8'', 1987), Rodrigue Beaubois -at the pic- (6'1'', 1988), Aldo Curti (5'11'', 1987), Antoine Diot (6'4'', 1989), Abdoulaye M'Baye (6'1'', 1988), Adrien Moerman (6'9'', 1988), Marc Antoine Pellin (5'7'', 1987) and Ludovic Vaty (6'9'', 1988).
