Israel coach Zvika Sherf has named a list of 24 players to start to prepare this summer Eurobasket at Poland. This NT is at the same group as Croatia, FYROM and Greece, with top level players like Yotam Halperin, Lior Eliyahu, Yaneev Green and Meir Tapiro.

There is a good number of israelian prospects ready to give the 100%: Omri Casspi (Maccabi Tel Aviv, 6'9'', F, 1988), Yogev Ohayon (Nahariya, G, 6'3'', 1987), Gal Mekel (Gilboa, G, 6'5'', 1988) and Elishay Kadir (Gilboa, F, 6'8'', 1987). Casspi is in the Early Entry List of this draft.
