Europe selection finished fourth at the Adidas Nations tournament in Dallas (USA) after four days of competition. Team coached by Detlef Schrempf lost the game for the third position against USA 2011 (58-55) even the job of bulgarian guard Hristo Zahariev ('90) -at the pic-, who finished with 16 points and 2 rebounds, and spanish power-forward Ignacio Llovet ('91), with 8 points and 8 rebounds. French Evan Fournier ('92) didn't play. USA 2010 finished as the champion after winning Canada in the final (85-83).

Europeans lost in the semifinals against USA 2010 (86-74). Fournier shined (22 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists), while italian Daniele Sandri ('90), with 11 points and 3 rebounds, and french Léo Westermann ('92), with 9 and 5 assists, also made a good job.

Africa lost the game for the fifth place in front Latin America (62-57). French Le Mans big man Neguema Samake ('90) had 14 points.
