Rain Veideman ('91), the best player of estonian U-18 national team last summer in European Championship Divison "B" in Sarajevo (18.2 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists), has signed with estonian Rakvere. Veideman arrives from BC Kalev/Cramo, the current league champion.
