Tonight will be an interesting game for four young prospects trying to play Euroleague 09-10 season. In qualifying rounds, first game tips off in Ventspils, Latvia, where local BK Ventspils take on Benetton Basket Treviso. Ventspils aims to reach the Euroleague for the first time, while Benetton targets a spot in the regular season after a two-year break.

In Ventspils side, three rising stars, point guard Janis Strelnieks ('89), shooting guard Dairis Bertrans ('89) and center Lauris Blaus ('90), will get the chance to show their stuff for Ventspils and could prove to be major factors for the club. And in Benetton side, Donatas Motiejunas ('90), the lithuanian promise shows all his skilled game on last pre-season with italian team. The italian prospects Andrea De Nicolao ('91), Daniele Sandri ('90) and Andrea Renzi ('89) can gave their own chance also.
