Turkey is the new champion of U-16 Iscar Tournament (Spain) after beating Spain in the final (86-76). Forward Tayfun Erülkü ('94) finished as the best game scorer with 21 points and 4 rebounds, while power-forward Burak Yildizli ('94) -at the pic- collected 17 and 4 rebounds. U-15 point-guard Kenan Sipahi ('95) also shined with 12 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 blocks. At spanish side Javier Marin ('94) collected 14 and Albert Homs ('94) and Santiago Villena ('94), 11 both. 

In the game for the third/fourth position Russia beat Italy (65-63) even Aristide Landi ('94), who scored 20 points, while Portugal finished fifth of the tournament after beating Castilla-Leon region (55-49).

Finally, in the game for the seventh/eight final position, Poland beat Slovenia (72-54) even the good job of Filip Pesek-Omerdzel ('94) with 15 points. The final quarter became the key (5-18).

Turkish Yildizli was choosen MVP of the tournament.
