FMP Zeleznik added today its second victory in the U-14 Champions Cup Tournament at Moscow after beating easy Poznan (87-36). Serbians had three players over the sixteen points: Marko Tejic (21 with 7/10 twos), Dusan Ristic (19 with 7/8 twos and 15 rebounds) and Nikola Rebic (17 and 5 assists). At polish side Marek Valchak scored 14 and grabbed 7 rebounds.
On the other game of group A CSKA Moscow won Riga 92-68 with another great game of Vyacheslav Fedorchenko, with 21 points and 7 rebounds. Also shined Nikita Tipcov (20 points with 10/10 twos and 7 rebounds in only 16 minutes). For latvians Jorens Dylebskis collected 27 points and 5 assists. On this group standings FMP and CSKA are first (2-0) below Poznan and Riga, both with 0-2.
At group B croatian Carlo Zhganec made an amazing game for second day in a row leading Fenix Forex Zagreb to the victory over Donetsk (60-52) with 17 points, 22 rebounds and 14 fouls drawn. His teammate Gordan Negovan helped with 18 points. Best ukranian was Igor Boyarkin with 15 points (3/16 twos).
Finally, on the last game Sabonis School beat Grodno easy (101-60) with Paulius Zhalis collecting 21 points and 4 assists in 20 minutes and Jedvinas Sheshkus scoring 16 points and grabbing 9 rebounds in 15 minutes. At Belarus team Sergei Adamovic scored 12. On the standings Fenix is first (2-0) over Donetsk (1-1), Sabonis (1-1) and Grodno (0-2).
