Romanian forward Vlad Moldoveanu ('88) has started great this season in American University (NCAA) after being transferred from George Mason. The prospect, in his first game with his new college, crashed DePaul (62-57) with 26 points (5/10 behind the arc), 8 rebounds and 4 assists in only 28 minutes.

Moldoveanu, before arriving to American, played two seasons at George Mason, averaging 2.3 points and 2.1 rebounds last year. This summer, in the Division B Eurobasket, averaged great stats: 18.3 points, 8.5 rebounds and 39% behind the arc.
