FC Barcelona and Olimpija Ljubljana will play the final of the U-18 International Tournament of Tenerife (Spain) after beating Lagun Aro Easo and Real Madrid in the semifinals. Both teams will play the big game today (20.30h). Barça qualifyied after crashing Guipuzcoa team 82-48, with forward Angel Aparicio ('92) as its best scorer with 16 points and hungarian 2.11 center Norbert Timko ('92) adding 12. The best Easo prospect has been guard Aitor Aramburu ('93) with 8. Easy game for catalan team, that was winning by 16 points at half time.

In the other semifinal slovenians of Olimpija beat Real Madrid 63-53. Point-guard Jan Span ('92) repeated again a great performance with 13 points, while guard Luka Grum ('92) scored 11. Forward Francisco Santos ('92) finished as the best spanish scorer with 15. 

In a game fighting for the final fifth spot Canarias Basketball Academy won Unelco Cajacanarias 60-40. Point-guard Daniel Ibáñez ('94) led the winners with 15 points. For Unelco youngster Modou Mbaye ('94), as the same age as Ibáñez, collected 17. In the other game for the same battle San Isidro beat Ciudad de Telde 61-51, with guard Enrique Pérez-Valencia ('92) scoring 19. At Telde side, as usual, Kilian Moreno ('92) was the best with 17.

The two first games of the day were still from first round: victory of Olimpija over FC Barcelona (75-62) and of Lagun Aro against Unelco (74-60). Slovenian Jan Span ('92), with 18 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists, and Jorge Medina ('92), with 16 points and 7 steals, the two keys of both games.
