Rafa Freire ('92) was one of the few positive things of Unicaja's losing effort against Entente Orleanaise at Euroleague tonight (72-88). The brazilian point-guard, who took the spanish passport some months ago, played 14 minutes collecting 5 points (2/2 FG), 3 assists and 1 rebound. The prospect arrived some years ago to Malaga, and this year is combining the ACB team with the LEB Gold one. Is his second game in Euroleague. He didn't play before due a transfer problem, but know he is capable to play in all competitions.

Some days ago he collected 8 points (2/3 threes), 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal at Malaga against Granada in ACB. He could play the Euroleague's Nike Junior International Tournament of L'Hospitalet, but Unicaja preferred keeping him in ACB team for practice. What could happened if Unicaja had him in the final against Sevilla? We'll never know.
