FC Barcelona crashed DKV Joventut on the road (77-97) in the U-18 catalonian championship. Team coached by Alex Garcia made a great step to finish first of this round (the best four will play the Final Four) adding an important victory due to great performances of internationals Joan Creus ('92) -at the pic-, with 24 points and 3/5 threes, and Jordi Mas ('92), 24 and 12 boards. Youngster Alexander Zhigulin ('94), who recently signed from Kazahkstan, finished with 2 points in 12 minutes.

For DKV Joventut, coached by Lluís Riera, shined guard Albert Ventura ('92) with 30 points, 8 steals and 6 rebounds. Montenegrin Marko Todorovic ('92) added 18 with 8 boards. It wasn't a real game for both sides. For locals didn't play injured Joan Tomas ('92), Pau Margui ('93) and Ferran Bassas ('92). For winners Michel Acosta ('92) was also injured and Carles Marzo ('92) was playing with LEB Gold team (second division).
