Zalgiris Kaunas and Lietuvos Rytas started winning their semifinals series in lithuanian league, but with to different games. Deividas Gailius ('88) and his teammates of Siauliai frightened Zalgiris, but finally lost 83-81 even the great performance of the forward: 24 points (5/8 threes), 4 rebounds and 1 block in 24 minutes. Mindaugas Kuzminskas ('89) -who is rumored that Knicks are interested in him- played one of his worst games of the current season, finishing with 4 points (2/9 FG) and 4 assists in 26 minutes. For team coached by Ramunas Butautas the best prospect was croatian Mario Delas ('90), with 3 points and 3 rebounds in 9 minutes.

In the other game Lietuvos crashed Juventus (108-61). Local Martynas Gecevicius ('88), some rumors send him to Sevilla (ACB) next year, nailed 17 (4/8 threes) with 4 rebounds and 4 assists, while Simas Buterlevicius ('89) added 14 points (4/8 threes), 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Jonas Valanciunas ('92) scored 11 in 17'.
