BJSC DSN, from Riga (Latvia), won the U-17 Victor Rho Tournament, held close to Milano (Italy). Latvians beat Virtus Bologna in the final (66-42) with Ojars Silins ('93) -at the pic- shining and winning the non-italian MVP. Youngster Aristide Landi ('94), from Virtus Bologna, finished as the best italian. Latvian Klavs Strazdins ('93), from BJSC DSN, won the best scorer award and also the 3 pointers contest. Tomas Kyzlink ('93), from USK Praga, finished as the MVP of the All Star, and also winning the slam dunk contest. Finally Martin Mares ('94), also from czech team, was named the "Best youngster". 

The final top-10 in the standings was: 1-BJSC DSN, 2-Virtus Bologna, 3-Armani Junior Milano, 4-USK Praga, 5-Pallacanestro Cantu, 6-Basket Rimini, 7-Zadar Zara, 8-Paok Salonika, 9-Pau Orthez and 10-Ardor Bollate.
