Arrived to Sevilla (Spain) in 2007 from Ziguinchor, a city at the south of Senegal. Three years later Pape Amadou Sow ('93) shined in the Euroleague's Nike International Tournament final round in Paris (France) finishing as the best rebounder of the competition. Cajasol played three games (with one victory) and the african 2.02 prospect pulled down 13.0 boards per game. He completed his stats with 15.3 points (49% twos, 29% threes and 46% ft) and 2.7 blocks.
The forward has been playing all the season with the third team of Cajasol, at fourth division (EBA). In that competition he has averaged 11.6 points, 7.7 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in only 25 minutes. Also some minutes in third division team (LEB Silver), but less.
Next week their U-18 squad will compete in the spanish final round in Lanzarote, with the best of the country. The african explains to Eurohopes that "my goal in that championship is help the team in defense and offense and, as our coach says, enjoy the tournament from the beginning to the end". About the NIJT he adds that "it was usefull because we competed against the best in Europe, and also we prepared the spanish U-18 championship. We are where we wanted to be".
