Real Madrid won the U-16 Ciutat de Terrassa tournament, held close to Barcelona, after beating FC Barcelona in the final (75-82). Diego Corros ('94) and Kiko Jiménez ('94) scored 16 points each for winners, while Alexandr Zighulin ('94), from Kazahkstan, finished as the best player of Barcelona collecting a 30 valoration with 21 points, 15 boards and 2 blocks.

 

Final standings: 1-Madrid, 2-Barcelona, 3-Joventut, 4-Estudiantes, 5-Unicaja Malaga, 6-Manresa, 7-Tenerife and 8-Terrassa.
