The center -who can sign for Real Madrid according spanish press- poured 31 points (13/18 FG), pulled down 22 boards and put 7 blocks in the win over Easo. Group C:

-Unicaja 64 Alicante 42: Malaga squad earned a spot in quarterfinals with a clear victory led by guard Pedro Ignacio Ramírez ('94), who scored 14 points and pulled down 4 rebounds. For Alicante shined forward Fabio Astilleros ('94) with 13 and 5 boards.

Standings: Barcelona (2-0), Unicaja (1-1) and Alicante (0-2).

 

Group D:

-Fuenlabrada 60 CAI Zaragoza 74: CAI finished first of group D after beating Fuenlabrada in a great contest of forward Guillermo Aliende ('94), who poured 25 points with 4/5 threes and pulled down 9 rebounds. For Fuenlabrada guard Jorge Pérez ('94) scored 14 with 5 rebounds.

Standings: CAI (2-0), Gran Canaria (1-1) and Fuenlabrada (0-2).
