This summer the swiss U-18 NT will play the European Championship Division "B" in Tel-Aviv (Israel). In their group they will face Slovak Republic, Netherlands, Finland and Czech Republic. Won't be easy to qualify for the second round, and with Stefan Petkovic ('92) at home their chances will be less. What's going on with him? The guard is in the first senior list to prepare the Qualifying Round of Division "B". Eurohopes contacted him: "it's a big honour to play with the senior national team. I'm going to practice hard and I hope for some minutes". Great step forward of the Fribourg player, who has averaged 6.6 points and 3.3 assists in 22' at senior level (LNA).

Other prospects in the list of coach Sebastien Roduit are: Jonathan Kazadi ('91, Fribourg), Christophe Varidel ('90, Worcester Academy, USA) and Roman Albrecht ('90, Starwings Basket).
