The U-17 serbian NT will play the World Championship in a few weeks in Hamburg (Germany). Team coached by Nenad Trunic already started to play friendly games, and this weekend they beat Germany twice in a couple of scrimmages played in Serbia. Who were the best players in both games? Let's see. In the first one Serbia won 62-52 with Nemanja Bezbradica ('93) pouring 14 points, Nenad Miljenovic ('93) adding 11 and youngster Nikola Jankovic ('94) nailing 9. In the second, another win (68-67) against a team that shined in the U-18 Albert Schweitzer Tournament in Mannheim some months ago. In this case Miljenovic scored 15, Bezbradica 14 and Ljubomir Campara ('93) 13.
In Hamburg Serbia will compete in group A with USA, Lithuania, Argentina, Egypt and China. In the B there will be Spain, Germany, Australia, Canada, Korea and Poland.
