The U-17 german national team ended its participation in the ING-DiBa Junior Cup Tournament, held in Hamburg, with a impressive win over serbians in their preparation for the World Championship of this July. Guard Jakub Krumbeck ('93) led the winners with 21 points, while Besnik Bekteshi ('93) -at the pic- added 15 and Anselm Hartmann ('93) 11. Serbia, bronze medal on last U-16 EC, couldn't do anything. Best scorers of team coached by Nenad Trunic were Nenad Miljenovic ('93) with 17 points and Nikola Jankovic ('94) with 8.

 

With the clear victory of Sweden U-18 over Bosnia & Herzegovina U-18 (+20) the final standings of the tournament after three days is: Germany U-17 (3-0), Serbia U-17 (2-1), Sweden U-18 (1-2) and Bosnia & Herzegovina (0-3).
