Three victories in three games (+15, +17 and +12). Easy. The croatian U-20 NT will arrive to the start of the European Championship this Thursday with great sensations after winning the Makarska Tournament. After beating Greece in the opening day they added two more wins. Saturday they won Italy (77-60) with another good job of Cibona's Leon Radosevic ('90), with 19 points in 16 minutes, and also from Tomislav Zubcic ('90) -at the pic-, from Cibona too, with 14 and 7 boards. At the other side Andrea Giampaoli ('90) poured 10 points. Yesterday the victims were Turkey (82-70). With Radosevic shining again (23 with 9/11 FG) and Mario Delas ('90) nailing also 23 with 6 rebounds, croatians didn't give any chance to turkish men. Ilkan Karaman ('90), with 13 points and 6 boards, and Furkan Aldemir ('91), with a double-double (10 points and 12 boards), Turkey closed the tournament with a sad 0-3 record.
About the other results, Saturday Greece beat Turkey (65-56) and yesterday Greece crashed Italy (107-63) with Nikolaos Pappas ('90) scoring 22 and Leonidas Kaselakis ('90) 18.
Final standings in Makarska: Croatia (3-0), Greece (2-1), Italy (1-2) and Turkey (0-3).
The Division "A" European Championship will start this Thursday in Croatia (Makarska, Zadar and Crikvenica).
