After three days of the Detur European Championship Division "C" Andorra and Denmark remain unbeaten at the top of their respective groups, but Malta added today its second win over Scotland (89-76) with Deguara scoring 17 points (8/12 twos), pulling down 16 rebounds and putting 2 blocks. For scotish Daniel Donnelly ('89) nailed 6 points in 15 minutes. In the other game of group B Denmark smashed San Marino by 58 points (95-37). Morten Sahlertz ('89), the best prospect of the winners with 13 points and 9 boards in 19'. At the other side Marco De Biagi ('89) scored 8 with 3/5 twos.

 

In group A Andorra added its third victory over Wales (57-87). Youngster Guillem Colom ('91) scored 5 points in 9 minutes for Andorra, while Jordan Seeley ('89) had 5 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists for Wales. Finally Moldova crashed Gibraltar (80-37). Sam Buxton ('89) scored 9 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in the losing effort.

 

Standings:

-Group A: Andorra (3-0), Moldova (1-2), Wales (1-2) and Gibraltar (1-2).

-Group B: Denmark (3-0), Malta (2-1), Scotland (1-2) and San Marino (0-3).
