Danish Thomas Laerke ('91) has made another step forward in his career signing with spanish team Lobe Huesca. The guard will play at LEB Gold -the second division- in a team that already promoted from LEB Silver. Laerke comes from Findlay Prep (Henderson, Nevada), where he shared team with croatian Marko Petrovic ('91). The son of former player and current Cedevita coach Aleksandar, will play for San Francisco (NCAA).

 

In the beginning of last season the 1.94 guard practiced with ACB team Obradoiro, but finally left to USA. Some days ago Denmark finished 15th in the U-20 Division "B" European Championship at Austria, with Laerke averaging 9.6 points (44% on threes), 2.9 rebounds and 1.0 assists.
