Czech Republic followed the steps of their U-18 team becoming the new U-16 Division "B" European Champions after beating Ukraine in the final (61-53). Both teams will play next season in the upper level after shining in the tournament held in Tallin (Estonia). Lukas Festr ('94) and youngster Radovan Kouril ('95) led the winners with 12 points each.
