First season friendly game of Canadian Solar Bologna today at Solesino (Padova). "Squadra" coached by Lino Lardo had done some interesting additions like lithuanian Deividas Gailius or Guiseppe Poeta, but also a swedish prospect: Viktor Gaddefors ('92). The forward joins also another prospect of that country: Jonathan Person ('93). But all these weapons weren't enough to stop Donatas Motiejunas ('90). The lithuanian power-forward flirted with the triple-double after finishing with 30 points, 10 rebounds and 7 steals. Benetton Treviso won 92-84.

 

At the winners side polish center Jakub Wojciechowski ('90) poured 9 points, maltese Samuel Deguara ('91) nailed 4 and Alessandro Gentile ('92) 3. For Bologna Niccolo Martinoni ('89) had 8, Riccardo Moraschini ('91) 6 and Gaddefors 4.

 

Donatas Motiejunas and czech Jan Vesely ('90) will be two of the big names of next NBA Draft.
