We talked about Jonathan Kasibabu ('96) last May, in an article about the U-16 spanish team Canterbury (from Las Palmas, Canary Islands), trying to make it to the final round but falling before even the crazy stats of the 2.02 african prospect, two years younger of most of the kids. Now, he has appeared again. In La Orotava (Tenerife) some of the best spanish teams, plus Oldenburg (Germany) and Ventspils (Latvia), are competing since yesterday in a U-16 tournament. What's going on with Kasibabu?

Yesterday Regal FC Barcelona lost against Valencia after an overtime (76-78), with point-guard Sergio Beut ('95) leading the win with 17 points and 5 assists. Today the battle was against Canterbury, so against Kasibabu. The african killed them with 27 points and 32 rebounds, being one year younger. Canary Islands squad won 69-62.
