The best european league (ACB) started this week-end with many prospects shining and some of them writing their names in the competition's history. Swedish Marcus Eriksson ('93), from Assignia Manresa, made his debut in the league as the sixth youngest player to do it ever with 16 years, 9 months and 29 days (Tubasket published it in this article with an Eurohopes video). The guard and his teammates were crashed at home by Bilbao Basket (59-86), with the prospect playing 47 seconds.
Let's check the three best Eurohopes players performances of the week:
-David Jelinek ('90, DKV): 11 points with 3/4 threes in 12 minutes at Sevilla (85-80).
-Mamadou Samb ('89, Granada): 11 points and 3 rebounds in 18 minutes at Valencia (104-81).
-Ricky Rubio ('90, Barcelona): 2 points, 11 assists and 4 rebounds at home against Gran Canaria (83-58).
In the video you can see Eriksson in a try-out with Manresa before signing.
