In Estonia the EMKL league started a couple of weeks ago, and actually only two teams remain unbeaten with a 2-0 record. Kalev/Cramo started very strong, but also KK Parnu, a very young team led by guard Rannar Raap ('92). The prospect is averaging 25.5 points, 4.0 steals and 3.5 rebounds after two amazing contests. In the opener they beat Rapla (82-83), while in the second round they crashed Voru KK (101-64). Eurohopes contacted him.

-Congratulations for your great start. What is your goal for this season, as a player and as a team?
Thanks a lot. I would like to make a big developing in my career. I hope next season I can play at a higher level. Our team is very young and that's why our goal is to end between the 5th and 8th position.

-This summer you played the U-18 Div.B EC. What were your sensations after the tournament?
The tournament was very successful for us. I got more confident and got a great experience.

-At what level is the estonian basketball in Europe. Is getting better every year?
Basketball is very popular in Estonia, but our level of basketball is not very high. Our national team fell to Division "B".

Eurohopes staff saw Raap this summer on live in Tel Aviv (Israel) during the U-18 Division "B" European Championship. In the tournament he finished with 14.4 points and 4.4 rebounds.
