The Team Nord beat the Team Süd in the german NBL All Star, played this afternoon in Trier, after winning 64-59. Philipp Neumann ('92) was named the MVP of the contest after leading his team to the victory behind a 24 efficiency. The power-forward, coming from the bench, finished with 18 points (6/7 FG and 6/8 FT), 8 rebounds and 2 steals in only 18 minutes. Team Nord arrived to the last quarter 11 points up winning the three first periods. That was enough. Beside Neumann also shined Patrick Heckmann ('92) with 14 points (5/7 FG) in 20' and Javon Baumann ('92), with 9 (4/4 FG).
And at the other side? The best player has been Lars Wendt ('92): 18 points (4/10 threes) and 3 boards. Others made a good job, like Tim Kasper ('92), with 11 and 6 rebounds.
