"In 49 states, it’s just basketball, but this is Indiana”. Traders Points Christian Academy is sited at Whitestown, a very small city close to Indianapolis. In just its third year as a basketball program they reach the biggest goal that a high school team could dream, win a state championship. After won his Central Regional of the Indiana Christian School Tournament (ICST) beating Horizon Christian two weeks ago, last weekend they challenged against Heritage Christian School and Clinton Christian in the final four. In the big final, 72 to 62 in front of Clinton, two European players lead the team like they did all the season. Serbian Luka Zivkovic (’92) scored 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in this last game. But the big star was Alex Olah (’93) from Romania, that hit 20 points, took 13 boards and dished 3 dimes.

The 6-8 Serbian big man verbally committed with Fordham University last month and is expected to sign a letter of intent (LOI) in the spring. The 6-11 Romanian are attracting colleges like Boston College and Illinois but remain uncommitted.
