Czech Martin Kriz ('93), from USK Praga, was named Most Complete Player of the U-18 Memorial Bellosi Tournament, held in Lissone (Italy). The 1.99 forward was selected with this award after finishing as the best scorer of the event. Czechs ended in the final fifth position after winning spaniards of Endesa Tenerife (63-71) with Kriz nailing 19 points and posting 4 rebounds. Croatian Robert Maljevac ('95), from Kastav Rijeka, was named Youngest Best Player, while american Daequan Cook (U.S.Elit Select) finished as the MVP.
Kriz made crazy performances in Lissone, like in the victory over United Toronto (31 points, 18 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals and 48 ranking) or in the losing effort against Crabs Rimini (29 points, 11 boards and 2 blocks).
