Aaron Falzon ('96) is here again. The american born prospect, as happened last year in the same tournament, is crashing the stats of the U16 Division "C" European Championship, held these days in San Marino. The 6'7'' PF, currently playing for Newton North Expressions HS, in Massachusetts, is leading Malta with a 1-1 record. In the opener, against hosts, they lost (75-74) even he ended with 27 points (11/25 FG), 23 rebounds and 5 blocks, while Julian Gualtieri ('95), from Basket Crabs Rimini (Italy), nailed 35, adding 13 boards and 5 steals. Yesterday Falzon improved them, beating Gibraltar (83-49) with 36 (16/27 FG), 31 boards and 2 blocks.
