Karl-Robin Jurjens ('96) is one of next Estonian sensations. Some days ago he was tested by Banca Cívica Sevilla (ACB) and also participated in the Jordan Brand Classic International Tour in London. He is adding experience, and Baltic Scouting website made him an interview. Find attached what are his toughts.

-Could you talk a little about your experience in Sevilla?
Well, it most certainly was a great experience for me as a player. I saw how the locals train there and it opened my eyes a lot. I saw how do I need to train every practice to become a good player.

-What did they tell you there?
They told me that I did great and they're pleased with me, but still that doesn't mean, that I can get soft. No, they wanted me to work even harder in every practice and so on. About me going there next season, well nothing is formal yet. But I hope I can go playing there from next autumn.

-How was the level of the locals there? Could you be a key player in their youth team right away?
The level was quite good. In Estonia, there isn't any U16 team that could beat them, I think. I'm not sure that's that easy, if even possible. But I truly hope so and I know, that I have to keep on working harder to make that possible.

-Okay, thank you. Now let's talk about the JBC International Tournament in London. How did you get to know, that you were selected?
My coach told me, when it was 100% sure, that I'm going. Well, actually he mentioned it earlier, that it might happen, but said that nothing is certain.

-Talk about that experience a little.
That was totally mind-blowing! I have never worked so hard in my life. That was something totally different. We did a lot of exercises to prove, if you want it bad enough to become a GREAT player. They pointed it out a lot, that we shouldn't want to be just good, we should want to be GREAT! It wasn't that much about who's a better player in skills than one another. The camp was about who wanted it the baddest. Who wanted not to be just good, but great.

-Were you happy with your performance, what did the coaches tell you?
Yes, I'm happy with myself. I gave everything I had to give and it wasn't enough that day. It only proved me I have to work harder to become a great player. The coaches told me I did good, but I suppose they told that to everyone. They fixed a few details on some of my moves and so on.

-Do you feel that you're a better player after the camp?
Yes, I do. I think everyone who was there is a better player that they were before.

-Okay, thank you for your time, you've been great and good luck in the future! Bye!
You're welcome, Thank you, Bye!
