The NBA released the official early-entry list for next NBA Draft. These players will have time till June 18th to withdraw their name of it. Only overseas players will keep testing the waters after the NCAA rules have changed, so we will keep an eye on them. The Adidas Eurocamp of Treviso (June 10th-12th) will be again a good test for some of them. Who are these players? Check them.
-Jonas Bergstedt ('91, Denmark): 6'10'' danish center has been playing in Spain last seasons, and ended the current one in Torrelodones (EBA, fourth division) averaging 11.3 points (52% FG), 9.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists in only 27 minutes. Last summers always has made huge performances inside the paint in the youth european championships with his NT. In 2011, in the U20 Division "B" EC, ended with 22.4 points and 13.5 rebounds.
-Maximilian Kleber ('92, Germany): One of the surprises of the list. The 6'5'' small-forward was averaging 1.8 points and 1.0 rebounds in german Bundesliga with Wurzburg, but last four contests his contribution increased to 9.5+3.0. Hasn't appeared in last European championships, so he is really unknown for most of the people. You can follow him more this season after his team qualified for the play-offs. They must face Alba Berlin in the first round.
-Tomas Satoransky ('91, Czech Republic): Actually #2 of his generation behind Nikola Mirotic, from Real Madrid. Czech 6'6'' point-guard -at the pic- is playing in ACB for Banca Cívica Sevilla, his third season with this team. They will play the play-offs, with him averaging 4.7 points (43% FG), 2.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists in less than 17 minutes. In the Adidas Eurocamp of Treviso has already shown his potential.
-Furkan Aldemir ('91, Turkey): One of the surprises of the Euroleague. 6'9'' center from Galatasaray have shown his rebounding capacity, becoming one of the best prospects at the top level. In his domestic competition is averaging 8.0 points (57% twos) and 6.8 rebounds in only 20 minutes, while in Euroleague his numbers were 6.5+4.9 in 16'. Big wingspan. All-Tournament Team in last U20 European Championship.
-Lahaou Konate ('91, France): Has been playing in french ProB (second division) with Evreux. He is a 6'5'' shooting-guard who grew in Hyeres-Toulon. This season, in Evreux (ProB), has averaged 6.8 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 23 minutes, but also a 18% from downtown (8/50). Last year, competing in N1 league (third division) didn't shine with Denek Bat Urcuit Bayonne.
-Joffrey Lauvergne ('91, France): He participated last season in the Adidas Eurocamp of Treviso, sending good sensations to the people attending the camp. The 6'11'' power-forward is playing his third season in a row with Chalon in french ProA, losing the final of the EuroChallenge against Besiktas. In this competition he has averaged 5.2 points, 4.5 rebounds and 0.5 steals in less than 17 minutes.
-Abdoulaye Loum ('91, France): The 6'11'' power-forward has played a lot this season at french ProA this season, but in Espoirs league with Gravelines-Dunkerque is making a great year. Team is first in the standings (22-6), with the prospect being in second position in the MVP race (24.9 evaluation). He is averaging 18.1 points (52% FG), 11.1 boards and 2.1 blocks. With senior team his best appearence was in a Eurocup at Valencia (79-61): 7pt+3rb+1bl in 12'.
-Nika Metreveli ('91, Georgia): From the same generation of Shengelia this 6'11'' center has been moving last seasons due to different loans. Actually he is playing for Sassari in italian serie A -his best moment as professional player-, averaging 3.7 points (49% FG), 1.7 rebounds and 0.3 blocks in 10 minutes. Had a brilliant contest this season in the losing effort against Benetton (80-72): 16 points (6/6 FG) and 4 rebounds in 14 minutes.
-Alen Omic ('92, Slovenia): One of the most intriguing prospects of this early-entry list. 6'11'' center has been playing his full career in Zlatorog, increasing every year his upside. This season, in Adriatic League, his numbers reached 9.5 points (54% FG), 6.2 boards and 0.7 blocks in 22 minutes. He is the desire of the best teams of this competition. Last summer he played the U20 European Competition with his NT: 16.3 points, 6.9 rebounds and 0.9 assists.
-Tornike Shengelia ('91, Georgia): He has always shined in youth tournaments with his national team, but this year made a big step forward with nice performances with belgiums of Charleroi in Euroleague. 6'6'' forward averaged in that competition 8.3 points and 4.3 boards in 21 minutes. Last summe he crashed all the stats leading Georgia to the promotion to division "A" at U20 category: 29.9 points, 12.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists.
-Nemanja Nedovic ('91, Serbia): With a great athletic capacity serbian 6'3'' guard of Red Star have sent really good impressions during this season. Eventhough needs to be more consistent on his shot. With team coached by Svetislav Pesic averaged 6.7 points, 1.5 assists and 1.4 rebounds in Adriatic League, while at Serbia his numbers increase to 9.6+1.3+1.7. He can play at PG or SG, but needs to define it.
-Josep Franch ('91, Spain): Important piece of spaniards last summer in the U20 European Championship, earning the gold medal. After growing in Badalona decided to sign with Murcia, also in ACB. Intriguing point-guard, creative, and capable to show great physical skills. Last June 6'3'' guard shined in the Eurocamp. This season he is averaging 8.1 points, 2.4 assists and 1.9 rebounds in only 24 minutes. Struggles at 3-points line (26%).
-Sertac Sanli ('91, Turkey): 6'11'' center is currently playing for Galatasaray after being loaned some months to Tofas Bursa, in the same top turkish division. Good shooter from midrange and long distance positions he prefers to move outside the paint. Needs to play harder to make an important step. Not a lot of minutes for him, and not a lot of games either. With Galatasaray is averaging 3.8 points and 3.8 rebounds in 6 minutes (but only 4 games).
-Mindaugas Kupsas ('91, Lithuania): The center, after two seasons playing at second level (NKL), landed to Baltai. In this Kaunas team 7'0'' prospect is averaging 8.0 points (55% twos), 3.9 rebounds and 0.7 blocks in 21 minutes. He is one of the most unknown players in this list for the fans, but he already made a good job with his U20 NT last summer: 5.3 points, 4.1 rebounds and 0.9 blocks in only 12 minutes. Stay tuned.
-Evan Fournier ('92, France): 6'6'' small forward, currently at french ProA with Poitiers, sent great details last year in the Nike Hoop Summit in Portland, but also has been shining in last european youth championships. Physically ready to play in a high level, and capable to score from many different ways, has made big shows in France even being one of the youngest players. In that league he is averaging 13.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 26'.
-Jakub Parzenski ('91, Poland): 6'10'' power-forward grew in Slask Wroclaw but in 2010 signed for Canadian Solar Bologna, in Italy. This season they decided to loan him to Basket Poznan (6.2 points, 3.4 boards and 0.6 blocks in 15 minutes) but after season was over for them he went back to Italy. In Bologna has played one contest in serie A. In the win against Caserta had 2 points and 2 rebounds in 2 minutes.
-Mathieu Wojciechowski ('92, France): Like Loum he is playing most of his time for Gravelines-Dunkerque in french Espoirs league. 6'6'' small forward is scoring 11.8 points (62% FG), pulling down 5.0 rebounds and dishing 1.4 assists. With no experience in french youth teams in European Championships he has only appeared once this season with senior team. In a Eurocup game at home against Nymburk (61-91) he played 1 minute: 1 rebound and 1 turnover.
