Is not easy to find a 1991 prospect making a crazy valoration like the one Achille Polonara did with Teramo in italian serie A. 6'7'' power-forward wrote his name in the book of the records in the league after leading his team to the win against Montegranaro (99-93) behind 34 points (11/11 twos, 2/3 threes and 6/6 free throws), 9 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks. Total? 46 valoration. Eurohopes contacted him: "I am very happy for the win and for my good game. We did a good team job of team. We are safe right now and this is the important thing".
Polonara has no doubts about his personal goal at the beginning of this season: "Show to everybody my value and play more minutes respect the last year". The prospect made a good U20 European Championship last summer in Bilbao (Spain), finishing with 9.4 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.6 blocks. Italy lost the final against Spain. The player, who has a three more years contract, adds about italian senior squad that "for me we are a good team, with Belinelli and Gallinari. I hope to be part of the team. It's my dream. We will see". In the last three contests he is averaging 24.7 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.0 steal.
