Lithuanian starplayer Marius Grigonis ('94) will be present in the 3rd Rinus de Jong Invitational in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. As a member of number 1 topseeded Zalgiris Kaunas he will start the Mens’ U20-tournament on December 28 in Maaspoort Sports & Events in Den Bosch, the Netherlands at 12.00 PM against Basketball Academy of Riga and plays in the evening (PM 8.00) hometeam EiffelTowers.

 

Together with his buddy Tomas Dimsa ('94) he forms a strong couple in the team of Zalgiris Kaunas. The guard, born in 1994, already played several times in the seniorteam of powerhouse Zalgiris in the present Euroleague competition. Grigonis was also member of the all-tournament team of the European U18 Championships last summer. Due to another rising star, Dario Saric ('94), Croatia beated Lithuania in the final.
