Eurohopes travelled to Riga (Latvia) and talked with the MVP of the just finished U16 Division "A" European Championship Killian Tillie (’98) after his big performance in the final that helped France won the gold medal. French prospect ended the tournament with 14.3 points (63% FG), 9.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists in only 20 minutes.
-What it means for you this two week event that just ended in the best way?
Was a good tournament, we won all the games. I played well because of my teammates and I want to thank them.
-France played with eight players between 17 and 20 minutes per game. Is not easy to outstand.
That’s what we wanted, play like a team. Every game was a different one, and was the best.
-Your brother Kim played in University of Utah. Are you thinking in play college in the future?
Yes, I would like to go to US and study and play basketball.
