PROFILE
ANGE Stage 3: Bologna - March 2026
By Albert Juncà
The 2010-born player spends most of his time playing at the PF position. Physically, he is still in the early stages of muscular development. Offensively, Cerdan has interesting reads off the ball, cutting or filling empty spaces on the perimeter to shoot. With the ball in his hands, he should improve his handle to be more efficient attacking closeouts at the next level. Due to his physical development, he is not consistent at all when finishing through contact, but his footwork and two-foot stops are interesting to find the correct angle to the rim. From deep, he is still inconsistent. Cerdan’s mechanics are not fluid at all, with a slight hip movement, which makes the motion not linear to the rim and slows down the release. Defensively, he can stay in front of similar profiles, but has to work on his ability to navigate screens. Off the ball, he is a tricky defender, trying to steal the ball or fill gaps; these moves are correct, but after that he doesn’t recover his position properly, creating spaces for the opponent.
FIBA U16 European Championship - August 2025
By Pietro Cristofori
Cerdan was the youngest player in the competition, but throughout the years he has gained enough experience with FC Barcelona’s youth teams to compete at this level. Poised and very smart, he still lacks elite athleticism to take the next step, but he can do many things on offense. Extremely versatile, he can play in multiple ways.
U16 Torneo Villa de Iscar 2024 - December 2024
By Pietro Cristofori
Cerdan is considered a top European prospect in the 2010 generation, and in Iscar he made the case. Played important minutes for a good-looking Spanish U16 NT. He took important responsibilities for some parts of the games. Projects as a threat both on and off the ball at the pro level. Smart player, makes the right plays at the right time. Solid shooter and passer. Ok athleticism. I think that at the end of his growth he will be standing at 6’9 with good wingspan and size. He’s a Power Forward that makes of talent and pure skill his main strengths. Quickness and motor are decent to play in the league one day. In best case scenario he will be a glue-guy in the NBA.
TCI Sampep- September 2024

Played as an underage in the event, being a year younger than most of the competition. Cerdán embraced a secondary role on the offensive end, since other players were ball-handlers and main scoring options, but he exploited it and excelled as an off-ball threat both in results and habits. Cerdán was lethal as a spot-up shooter and produced at will as a cutter from the top of the key. In the few possessions he had as a ball-handler, he showed his potential as a pick&roll passer and made the right read on the drive, being always poised and under control of his footwork. His shot-creation off the dribble from the mid-range keeps growing in the right direction.
Minicopa Endesa - February 2024

Best prospect in the event. Cerdán is a well-sized playmaking type of wing. While at this level, he still doesn’t need to show a high level of effort consistency because of how strong this FC Barcelona group is, his footwork in tight spaces and passing skills are off the charts. He can create his shot and the handles are tight. Cerdán takes advantage of his size and skill to be a difference-maker with the ball in his hands. The next steps of his development will be marked by his scoring growth, as well as his athleticism and competitiveness strides.
