PROFILE
U16 European Championship Division B - August 2026
By Lluc Ponsarnau
Most talented player of his generation in Europe. Guard with a lean physique; his body is still developing (probably around 6’3” right now). Unique talent with the ball in his hands, with elite ball-handling, shifty and smooth. As of now, he’s more of a one-on-one player than a pick-and-roll one. Consistent pull-up shooter from different distances. Creates separation from his defender without struggling. Likes to punish the attention he draws when operating with the ball, surprising defenses with skip passes to the corner. Advanced court vision. His main issue when driving is when he finds himself in tight spaces where contact is required. As of now, his body doesn’t allow him to play through contact in the paint. Elite floater game. In pick-and-roll situations, he likes to split against aggressive coverages. He’s still learning how to connect with the roller on the deep roll. With time, he will be able to feed the roller consistently. What is surprising about him is that despite having the ball in his hands a lot, he contributes to the team’s offensive flow. Shots with not much arc, but he should become a consistent shooter from different spots. Defensively, average on-ball defender. Decent screen navigator, and shows nice anticipation off the ball, stealing passing lanes.
General Overview - April 2026
By Pietro Cristofori
Ukic has been adding size throughout the season. He’s now 6’1” and he’s developing into a real floor-general with high-end instincts on both ends of the floor. He still has some room to add a couple inches. His projection long term doesn’t suggest for him to have a wide and broad frame. At the moment he’s lanky, but lengthy and skilled. He gets to the rim at will against his peers thanks to his skill. He’s not ready to play against major physicality, but he’s good enough to withstand competition against a couple year older players. He finishes through contact, and likes to play in transition. Reliable shooter already, he has to work on his volume. Elite passer.
Overall, Ukic is a player that potentially brings many traits to the table at the next level, projecting as a pass-first guard with real scoring instincts.
U16 European Championship - August 2025

In every event, Ukic is consistently effective. Despite being physically immature and still lanky, he impacts the game in multiple ways. He is slowly growing and should eventually reach a solid size for top-level European play, likely 6'1" or taller. Floor-general point guard. Above-average passer who puts teammates in rhythm. Rarely makes the wrong decision; plays like a pro. Can shoot and has a wide arsenal of offensive moves. Team leader who consistently encourages and supports his teammates. HM player.
U14 SloveniaBall 2024 - August 2024

Ukic has grown a couple inches since last year, but he looks still far away from having the growth spurt completed. PG with impressive handles and skill. Can score from deep. Can't score in the paint now. He's able to make up for his lack of physicality by playing tough and at high energy every possession. I really like his attitude. On defense he's pesky on-ball defender: doesn't have an impact right away, but he's fast. Talent is Euroleague level.
Minicopa- February 2024

Small PG. Still in the early stages of his development. Outstanding basketball player with great halfcourt perception. He likes passing the ball and loves involving his teammates. Tries to speed up the game by doing quick decisions. Crafty at driving, his handles are good. Can finish in non-contact situations and gets past his defenders at the current level. Pesky on ball defender at this point.
